Home Banking

There’s nothing we love more than to see your smiling face in one of our offices. But when you don’t have time to visit us in person, you can visit us online. Check your balance, view transaction records, transfer money between accounts, view check copies, and communicate with CityMark Federal Credit Union via e-mail — all at your convenience, 24/7.

Mobile Banking

Our app is here. You can now access your accounts at your fingertips, cuz let’s face it, we are attached to our phones! It’s free to download. Make sure to log into HomeBanking first before setting up your mobile banking.

EDeposits

Now you can deposit checks via your smart phone. You will need a smartphone and access to our HomeBanking service.

Your login and password will be the same as you use for HomeBanking.

About

  • All checks will have an immediate hold after depositing. Our staff will look over the check and decide on whether to release the hold

  • Qualifying deposits may have more available immediately

  • Checks deposited after business hours will be processed on the next open business day

  • It is the member’s responsibility to verify checks have been approved and deposited into accounts before destruction

  • It is the member’s responsibility to destroy the deposited check and not try to re-deposit. However, it is good practice to keep the check until at least the next statement to verify checks have been deposited

  1. Sign in to HomeBanking

  2. Click eDocuments on the Nav Bar

  3. Click accept to the terms  

 

BuzzPay

Pay all of your bills directly from your checking account with Citymark FCU’s Billpayer service. This is a completely free service that is accessed from your HomeBanking.

  • Calendar reminders

  • Auto payments (re-occurring payments)

  • Single sign-on from HomeBanking

To sign up for BillPayer

  • Simply access your account via HomeBanking and click on the “BillPayer” link on the top Nav Bar. You will be taken through a registration process and entered into the service.

Remember, when paying another financial institution, a physical check is produced and sent in the mail. This can delay a payment due to travel time. Most other payees (utility bill, water bill, telephone bill) are sent electronically and typically post within 24 hours.
